Duties and Responsibilities
Role
AQualiT Health® is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner to its' network of providers in Guam providing Veterans physical assessments of disability. No long questionnaires involved; this is solely for the assessment portion of the disability questionnaire using our contractor's proprietary system, and there are no medical opinions involved. This is a 1099 contract position currently. Office space to conduct exams is a requirement. There may be an opportunity for us to work together to locate and office and cover the rent for the space. This opportunity can help provide additional income. If interested, please apply, and additional details can be discussed.
Essential responsibilities
- Functions independently to perform review of disability history and perform a physical exam related to the disability.
- Complete assessment questionnaire(s) as appropriate during assessment.
- Submit questionnaire in tablet system by close of the business day.
- Review and sign completed DBQ once sent by contractor.
Minimum qualification
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or medical school.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Strong computer skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years OR previous experience completing DBQ assessments. 1-2 years experience in the Nurse Practitioner role preferred.

Pay: $100.00 per patient

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse: Ketamine Treatment (Oregon)

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Summary:
AQualiT Health® is looking for an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner licensed, and with a DEA license in Oregon to conduct virtual telehealth consultations for a microdose ketamine contract position for the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc. The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner will multi-state licensure is a huge plus!
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Conduct a consultation via video visit to gather all pertinent patient medical information.
- Prescribe micro-dose Ketamine based on a protocol as appropriate.
- Adhere to company guidelines and complete all required training.
- Contractors’ conduct conforms to the Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Conduct of company clients.
- Effectively protects all health information from unauthorized access per HIPAA regulations and all applicable local and state laws.
- Exhibits good attendance and punctuality.
- Adheres to the Dress Code during video calls.
- Functions with an awareness of patient safety issues and applies basic principles of safety.
- Display excellent customer service by handling patient care concerns, answering patient clinical questions, prescribing medication as appropriate and providing medical guidance as necessary.
- Exhibits behavior that is courteous, compassionate, polite, friendly, and respectful towards patients, patient’s family, physicians, and co-workers and extends self to make patients, and other members of the healthcare team feel welcome and respected.
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical practice as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- Knowledge of Telehealth Protocols and HIPAA compliance.
- Tech-savvy and excellent in verbal communication
- Experience in telemedicine preferred.
- DEA license in each state of Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner practice
- Current active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner license and in good standing with the respective Board of Nursing.
- Individual malpractice insurance.
- Additional state licensure a plus.
- Psychiatric Mental Health NP licensure a HUGE plus!
